Condizioni generali di contratto
Euregex ist specialised in gathering informations for companies and authorities from various public european registers (like population-, commercial-, and landregisters). Euregex is helpful for authorities without service-charges (within the performance of Euregex).
These are our terms and conditions:
§ 1
Commissions are to be placed at www.Euregex.eu online or alternatively via exchange of Data Medium. Also the commission via Postalmail or Telefax is possible. Answers and results are placed at the prinicipals disposal as desired. Details of service are discribed in the respective product description. All prices and fees are subject of VAT. Registering for customer or/and placing inquiries the principal accepts our terms and conditions. All payments have to be effected in advance. Permanent customers will receive monthly invoice, which are forwarded via email, or upon request, via postalmail. No reductions are allowed, payment has to be effected without delay.
§ 2
Concerning personal Data, prinicipal and contractor (Euregex) are committed to strictly comply with article 11 of the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) respectively the European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC for nongerman customers. The processing of personal data only takes place on behalf of the customer which has proof of the necessary legal interest for the requested data. It is not allowed to keep databases of personal data with informations provided by Euregex. The data provided by Euregex cannot be disclosed to third parties. Only the usage for the declared purpose is allowed. All staff members of the parties have to follow these regulations.
§ 3
Contractor is not responsable for the properness or completeness of the provided informations from the consulted public sources.
§ 4
Contract is concluded with submitting the commission.
§5
With the reception of the commission Euregex will provide the requested informations within 30 days. Euregex will not be liable for any delais in providing the requested informations. No deduction of fee is allowed for purpose of delay. If the inquiry turns out to be in a different categorie as initially assigned, the higher-value-category will be invoiced. Prices are calculated for actual cases with correct data. An extra 50% will be charged for very old addresses (mostly +10years, can vary in different countries) and for minors. A full extra price will be billed for couples. Requests for research of the same person in multiple countries will be billed with every single country-price in addition. A minum turnover of 50,- Euros p.a. is required and billed with the first invoice.
§ 6
All modification to this terms and conditions have to be in written form. All terms and conditions of the principals have no impact on this contract.
§ 7
If particular determination of this contract is non-effective, it shall be replaced by an effective determination being close to the economical purpose. The determinations that are not concerned remain entirely effective.
§ 8
Liability for false informations provided by EUREGEX is limited to the paid price for the delivered information, maximum 500 Euros.
§ 9
Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Leipzig court of law.
